1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Spinnit (spinnit.site) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the most recent version.

2. What Spinnit is

Spinnit is a free, browser-based collection of random generators, pickers and wheels — including random numbers, dice rolls, coin flips, name pickers, password generators and more. All tools run locally in your browser. No sign-up is required.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Spinnit for any lawful purpose. In particular you may not:

• Attempt to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, crawlers, or scrapers in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our hosting.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially republish the Spinnit tool interfaces, design, or branding without written permission.
• Use the site to generate content that infringes others' rights or breaks applicable law (spam passwords, fraudulent draws, etc.).
• Misrepresent the output of a Spinnit tool as having been independently verified when it has not.

4. No warranty on results

Spinnit's generators are powered by the JavaScript random functions built into your browser. These are designed to be unbiased for everyday purposes but are not cryptographically secure unless specifically documented (for example, the password generator uses the browser's crypto.getRandomValues where available).

You agree that:

• Results are for informational, recreational and low-stakes decision-making purposes.
• Spinnit accepts no responsibility for any outcome based on a random result — including but not limited to gambling losses, legal draws, scientific sampling, or cryptographic use.
• For high-stakes or legally-binding draws (such as prize competitions governed by consumer protection law), you should use a certified random number service and follow the relevant regulations.

5. Intellectual property

Spinnit's visual design, copy, tool UIs, and branding are owned by Spinnit and its contributors. You may:

• Link freely to any Spinnit page from any website, blog, classroom resource, or social media post.
• Screenshot results for non-commercial use (e.g. announcing a giveaway winner).
• Quote short excerpts of content with attribution.

You may not copy substantial portions of the site, mirror it under a different brand, or use the Spinnit name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

Your data stays yours. Anything you type into a Spinnit tool (names, numbers, list entries) is never uploaded. It lives only in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

6. Third-party services

Spinnit may display advertising via Google AdSense and may use Google Analytics or similar services in future. Details of what data these services collect are in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

We may also link to third-party websites (for example, Wikipedia). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of external sites.

7. Disclaimer of liability

Spinnit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, fitness for purpose, or availability of the site.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Spinnit.
• If we are found liable regardless, our total liability will not exceed £10 GBP.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under English law.

8. Changes to the site

We may add, remove, or modify any tool or page on Spinnit at any time. We may also discontinue the service entirely. We will try to give notice of significant changes but are not obliged to.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of Spinnit will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless a mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be overridden.
