Affiliate and sponsorship disclosure

Last updated: June 2026

Some future Spinnit pages may include sponsored links, affiliate links or other commercial links. If those links are added, Spinnit may earn a commission if you choose to sign up or buy through them. This should not change the price you pay.

How recommendations should work

Commercial links should not decide what Spinnit recommends. Recommendations should be based on practical usefulness, clear criteria, user value, and any limits or tradeoffs that matter for the page topic.

Where this matters most

This disclosure is most relevant to future pages about AI tools, password managers, privacy products, VPNs, classroom resources, printables, accessibility products or other paid services. Spinnit should identify commercial links clearly when they appear.

AI tool pages

AI products can change plans, free limits, model access, features and terms quickly. Spinnit AI pages should treat plan notes as directional snapshots only and should point readers to official provider pages before they subscribe. If sponsored or affiliate AI links are added later, the disclosure should appear clearly near the recommendation or link.
